WELCOME! AARDVARK ALPACAS is located just north of San Angelo, Texas at A-Squared Ranch.

We have been alpaca breeders since 2002 and love it! Not only are they a wonderful livestock to raise they also reward us with fiber every year that we make into yarn and sweaters, hats, scarves, teddy bears, socks and lots of other wonderful handmade items.

Owning alpacas renewed Vanessa's love of knitting and crochet. Her line of finished clothing made from handspun yarns, and top quality commercial yarns are available here for sale. Her clothing line The Brit Knits will be expanding as time permits but browse through what we have to offer now, you're sure to find something to suit your taste.

Our latest venture in the alpaca business is to open a fiber mill. The machinery was been purchased and delivered and we are busy cleaning and fine tuning it all. We hope to be up and running soon.
